The Road to Apprenticeship

Right now I'm continuing to develop my skills on the job, and the next step for me is formal apprenticeship training. The work I've been doing on custom homes through Martinwood has given me a strong base — doors, trim, built-ins, blueprint reading — but I want the full ticket.

My goal is to grow with a company where I can keep learning, keep contributing, and eventually be the person on site that other trades trust to land the finish. That's the carpenter I'm working to become.
